By purchasing or downloading The Healing Blueprint you agree to these terms. They are written in plain English and apply to all customers worldwide, with country-specific consumer-rights sections below.

1. What you are buying

The Healing Blueprint is a digital download authored by Jane Faehring, LMFT. The product currently includes:

• A 67-page PDF guide structured as a 7-day protocol.
• One MP3 audio companion for the Day 03 practice.
• Three one-page printables.
• The Attachment Style Primer (12 pages).

Price at the time of these terms: $19 USD. Currency conversion handled by your payment processor.

2. Your license

When you buy the guide you receive a personal, non-transferable license to download, store, and use the files for your own benefit. You may print copies for personal use. You may share the files with one friend who would benefit; large-scale redistribution, resale, translation, or repackaging is not permitted without written permission.

3. Not therapy. Not medical advice.

The Healing Blueprint is an educational resource that draws from established clinical frameworks. It is not a substitute for therapy, medical care, or a diagnostic assessment. If you are experiencing clinical-level symptoms of depression, anxiety, grief, suicidal ideation, or any other mental-health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or your local emergency service. 4. 30-day satisfaction guarantee

If within 30 days of purchase you go through the guide and feel it was not worth what you paid, you may request a full refund. The process:

1. Email refunds@thb.nortmarketing.com.br from the address you used to purchase.
2. Write one sentence. No forms, no follow-up survey, no waiting period.
3. You will receive confirmation within 3 business days and the refund will appear on your payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
4. You keep the files. We do not revoke access.

This 30-day guarantee is in addition to any statutory consumer rights you have in your country (see the per-country blocks below). Where local law grants you a longer period or a stronger remedy, the local law applies.

5. Delivery

Files are delivered by email within 60 seconds of successful payment. If you do not receive them, check your spam folder, then email hello@thb.nortmarketing.com.br and we will resend within one business day.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the guide is capped at the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

7. Intellectual property

All content in The Healing Blueprint, including text, audio, frameworks, and design, is the intellectual property of Jane Faehring. The six clinical modalities referenced (CBT, ACT, attachment theory, somatic processing, mindfulness-based approaches, positive psychology) are public-domain frameworks; the specific synthesis, sequencing, and exercises are original to this guide.

8. Changes to these terms

We will post any material change at this URL with a new "Last updated" date. Existing customers will be emailed if the change affects them.

9. Governing law and per-country rights

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Where you live in a country with stronger statutory consumer protection, those protections apply on top of these terms and are not waived by anything written here.
